Description :

We are Australia based Private Health Insurance organization. We would like to update our website and intranet. We would like a company to copy across all information on our current site into a new design. The main aim of the website refresh is to update the colors and images on the site. As a consumer organization it is important that our complaints website is easy to use and friendly. Our estimated budget is 8000$ to 15000$ (Australian Dollar).

Scope of services:

1. Our current public website and intranet is hosted on webcentral.com.au and we are able to update most features using “Macromedia Contribute”. We need to maintain the ability to update all data (text, word files, pdfs, excel sheets) and “JPG” icons on site either using our current software or other suitable solution.
2. Our intranet site is incorporated as a secure section of the main site with a simple user/password access. The intranet is a simple site that includes links to documents (word, PDF) used internally by staff.
3. Intranet site needs a search feature (conversion of PHP flat files to database).
4. Intranet site needs independent user controls hosted in our office. At the moment we need to contact the website designers to add a new user and password to the intranet. It would be preferable if we could add users ourselves.
5. Site needs to be able to display complaint data in tables and graphs. This will be a simple one-page summary of current complaint stats with the office.
   

Project should be finalized within 6 weeks estimated. Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their expression of interest on or before 10th April, 2009 by 3:00 PM via e-mail, post, courier or hand delivered only.
