Description :

We are USA based Non-Profit Educational Organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From USA & Canada Only) for our requirement of Redesigning, Maintenance and Hosting Services for our Website. Services include navigation design, artwork, and presentation of data and information, including design of databases and other supporting files and applications. This is a one time contract.

Scope of work:

1. The web site will be built around the chapter’s membership structure of individuals maintaining online profiles, social bookmarked enabled, and promoting volunteer participation throughout.
   
2. Redesign of website shall include the components like Cross linked navigation bar, Overall organization, Help function, Long articles automatically contracted with "more…" link to full page, Harmonious colors, Alternating pictures on home page and Search bar etc.
   
3. The website will be based on user creatable and editable wiki pages or php dynamic web pages supporting direct user inclusion of HTML code and gadgets (mini- applications).
   
4. Website will be oriented around a secure online database providing user creatable fields to track guests, members, sponsors, partnership organizations, and businesses.
   
5. Service provider will correct programming problems and will make it available to make modifications as an additional service.
   
6. Service provider will complete redesign our website using current website design standards like XHTML and CSS etc and with software applications like MySQL, SQL and Cold Fusion etc.

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before April 17th, 2009 via post, courier, hand delivered and email only. This tender is onshore and offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more information please have a look on attachment.
