Description :

We are India based company and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Redesign, Maintenance and Content Management Services for Website. Our website gets 30,00,000 hits per day and It has informational and transactional content. The contract duration is 5 years.
Scope of Work:

1. Service provider will prepare the design or prototype of the website and get the approval on the design from us.
2. Service provider will perform unit testing, load testing of website and share the reports with us.
3. Service provider will appoint one full time developer or administrator for maintenance activities and she/he should be available at our office within 2 hours notice as and when need arises.
4. Updating contents, responding to queries posted by citizens on the website, Uploading new images and replacing old images, Maintenance of newsletter & email list and Modifying web-pages etc. will be done by the service provider.
5. Provide Helpdesk & technical support for the website on 24 X 7 X 365 basis.
6. Website must be available in both English and a Hindi Version and translation from English to Hindi would also be the responsibility of the service provider.
7. The website should be displayed accurately in Internet Explorer 5.5, Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and Google Chrome.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 13th April, 2009 at 2:00 PM via post, courier and hand delivered only. Tender document cost 10000 INR and Earnest Money Deposit of 50000 INR will be paid in form of Demand Draft. This tender is onshore and offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more information please have a look on attachment.
