We are Canada based Contracting Authority and we are looking for experienced and qualified individuals or organization for our requirement of Design, Hosting and Maintenance Services for Information Based Website. Our website gets average 4,016 hits and 557 page views on daily basis. The contract duration is 3 Years.
Scope of work:

1. Redeveloping and redesigning the overall layout and visual communications of the website incorporating the existing brand, including visual identities.
2. Through development and design of website, create a communications channel that enables us and our audiences to communicate clearly.
3. New website will be having features such as access to publications, ability to complete and submit forms online, interactive mapping and online tax requests.
4. Dynamic databases will need to be created and connected to the new website by the service provider.
5. Service provider will be knowledgeable with the suggested content management software to provide initial staff training, training documents and continuous technical support as required.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 3rd April, 2009 via post, courier, hand delivered and email only.
