We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Web Design and Development Project. We need an easy to use and attractive website. The project and should be conducted in several phases. The interested service provider should approach the project in the following phases:
[A] PLANNING PHASE
- Work with staff to gain knowledge of the requirement needed for the website
[B] DESIGN PHASE
- Develop a clean, colorful, modern, and unique design of website.
[C] DEVELOPMENTAL PHASE
- Implement the final design.
- Include graphic images, buttons, etc. to make the site easy to navigate.
[D] CONTENT MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION PHASE
- Provide a content editing tool to update text and graphical content on site.
- Tools must be password protected for only authorized staff members to be able to add, edit or delete content.
[E] PRESS RELEASES/ARTICLES
- Develop an administrative tool to allow staff to add, edit or delete press releases, articles, request for proposals, and other documents.
[F] Service provider will provide a timeline for project phases and final completion.
This is a Onshore and Offsite tender. We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to submit their proposals no later than 30th October, 2009 up to 11:00 Hrs by email, courier, post or hand delivery. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
