We are USA based organization. We are seeking proposals from a full-service web design firm to design, develop, and implement an update to our current website. The awarded contractor shall design, develop, and implement the website update, working in conjunction with our staff and the organization’s web, database, and network consultants.

The update shall accomplish the following objectives:

1. The site will have a design that is professional, attractive, engaging, accessible, and in keeping with our mission and graphic identity.
2. The site’s information architecture will ensure that our mission, programs, and resources are accessible and comprehensible to our constituents.
3. The site will include several new features that allow constituents to learn about our service.
4. The site will integrate data contained within our in-house Filemaker Pro Server database and will interact with that database as a persistent data store. It will also leverage our e-newsletter system.
5. In cooperation with those systems, the site will allow our constituents to complete a range of transactions online (e.g., apply for grants; rent and pay for exhibits; complete and submit award nominations; apply to attend our programs; donate to our programs; buy our books, posters, and other related items; and sign up for the e-newsletter).
6. The site will support the easy incorporation of multimedia elements, such as photographs, videos, and audio of our supported programs.
7. The site can be managed and updated by non-technical personnel, as well as expanded without needing to change the platform and architecture developed within this phase of the project.
8. All technologies, software, etc., used for the creation of the new site shall be hosted on shared, third-party servers and will interface remotely with our legacy database hosted in-house. (The website is currently hosted by GoDaddy).
   

We are willing to work with provider to determine a shared hosting option that best meets the site's needs. Our projected date for launch of the operational website is 150 days from date of contract award. Payment terms are negotiable.
