- Currently website is in Microsoft SQL Server as Database back-end, uses Microsoft Index Search, two languages Hindi and English.
- Client wants first to redevelop existing website with all its content and manage it with hosting service.
- The website must be available 24 x 7 x 365
- The website is currently ported on the Windows Server 2008 platform. Scope for conversion into latest .net operating system will be required.
- Though, at present the website is in English and Hindi, but in future the bank may even go for a Bengali version of the website.
- Service provider needs to update given content on website within time.
- Service provider needs to provide back-ups of the website after fixed periodical intervals.
- The bank also requires a disaster recovery and business continuity plan for the website. The website has to be guarded against any type of hacking attacks.
