Description : We are Canada based reputed University looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Website Development. We want to develop website suing Content Management System of Drupal. Turn around time will be of 5 months.

Scope of Service:

A) Website Design

• Website should be optimized for 1024 x 768 screen resolutions using HTML 4.0, XHTML 1.0, CSS 2 compliant templates and Table-less CSS based templates.

B) Site Administration Features

• Customizable user roles & permissions.
• Inserting, moving, deletion & restoration of content.
• Usage statistics (i.e. Google analytics or Sitemeter)
  

C) Website Features

• Archiving of all content.
• Media support (audio, video, screen casts, webcasts, etc.)
• Photo/images galleries, integration of content from Flickr, and image resizing.
• Compliant with WAP protocol and/or mobile devices.
• Features requiring JavaScript should have alternatives for browsers with JS turned off.
• RSS (bring in feeds from other sites & ability to generate ones based on taxonomies).
• Chat
• Document & file repository (upload & download).
• APIs for interaction with external sites (Facebook, Flickr, Mediawiki, etc.)
• Blogs.
• Collaborative web pages/documents, including versioning.
• Tagging and tag clouds for nodes.
• Embedded content (Flickr pictures, YouTube videos, etc.).
• Event calendar.
• Polling.
• User ratings, rankings and comments.

We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is Global and offsite. Providers may have to visit us location for meetings and briefings.
