We are USA based Well-known Church looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From USA Only) for our requirement of Web Design and Development.
Scope of Service:

1. The scope of this project is to redesign and implement the Church web site.
2. We will provide all the required content and photographs required.
3. Website must include a technology solution that allows our staff easily to maintain the site upon completion of the redesign and programming using CMS.
4. Once the Website will be completed and accepted by the us, it will be maintained by our executive assistant using common web design software such as Drupal, Dreamweaver, FrontPage or another accepted software source, to be determined in the negotiations. Website must be created a Content Management System (CMS) that will permit our non-technical staff to update instantly web site content on specific pages.
5. Website should be easy to navigate. Information should be grouped and presented in a logical manner and require no more than three click levels to find any information.
6. We are looking for proposals in terms of hosting, as our current webhost do not provide staff emails.
   

We are looking for the best proposals. Payment terms are negotiable. Interested providers are requested to submit their proposal on or before 15th August, 2009 by 12:00 Hrs via E-mail. This Tender is onshore and offsite. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible.
