Description :

We are USA based Airlines organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From USA only) for our requirement of Redesigning of Website and Hosting Services. Our current website is shared between two of the airports for the weather information. Secure content management system will be enabled for direct update for individual Airport departmental. The contract duration is for 12 months.

Scope of work:

1. The providence of home page modernization and base functionality along with visually appealing with graphics that do not consume an unacceptable amount of bandwidth will be done by the service provider.
2. The new website must be having ability to accept real-time and semi real-time data from inside and outside sources to display on web page (Multi-User Flight Information System, parking lot usage and current traffic conditions), Local weather and Multi-lingual display.
3. The website must include a secure content management application with configurable authentication schemes for individual groups providing multilevel user access and support for small format web devices.
4. The new web site must provide streamlined and easy access to up-to-date Airport information.
5. The service provider will take care that new website provides easy access to “How to” or “Help” menu content, Advertising and revenue streams and arts and exhibitions along with promotional content.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before March 12th, 2009 before 5:00 PM via post, courier and hand delivered only. This tender is onshore and offsite. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings and briefings. For further information please have a look on attachment.
