We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Web Based Data Entry Application. Contract will be for 4 years. Our approximate budget is 320000 USD (80000 USD per Year).
Scope of Service:

[A] Service provider needs to develop Web Based Application for Data Entry of records.

[B] Application should automatically archive and provide system availability.

[C] Application should flag error or omission discrepancies of entries so that data entry can be corrected prior to submission.

[D] There should be functions to create Notice or Warning if a validation test fails to define level of notification and correction authority.

[E] Application should have accounting interface to analyze data.

[F] Application should have functionality to upload documents and have them indexed.

[G] Application should have functionality to document site visits into database and generate a repost based on date entry.

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before December 22, 2009. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
