We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Website Development Service. Contract will be for 3 years and extendable for 4 more years depends upon performance. Our approximate budget is Upto 50000 USD for 3 years.
Scope of Service:
[A] Service provider needs to redesign our current website. We are in the business of Lottery. We would like to redesign our website with the technology similar to CMS.
[B] We would like to integrate technology in our website for our customers, who play Lottery.
1) Lottery Players Clubs for Lottery players
2) Membership for the player with exclusive benefits and opportunities
3) A web solution may encompass: special promotional offers; free play; Lottery news; Jackpot Alerts: and advance notice of games.
4) Reward points would allow users to redeem points earned from Lottery purchases for additional plays, Lottery merchandise or other prizes.
5) Online Bonus Draws On-line Claims Processing would allow players to submit claims via the Internet
[C] The website design must be compatible with common versions of mobile and handheld devices such as PDAs, Blackberries, iPhones, and cellular phones.
[D] The website design must be compatible with common web browsers.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before 15:00 Hrs by October 26, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivery only. Last date for Question-Answer and Submission for Intend to Bid is October 2, 2009. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings.
