Web hosting reseller and shared web hosting has their own support level, and will act nothing if it is beyond their limit. Sometimes users may need an installation of new module to the server, and this may require additional costs and charged by the web hosting provider. Some may sometimes provide the service for free to show their appreciation for the loyalty of their clients.
