Description :

We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced Web Development firm. We are looking to develop all new public website for our organization. The overall goal of this project is to redesign our website so that is will be easier to navigate and is more visually appealing. The redesigned site should have a theme promoting us with a friendly and professional tone that supports our mission. The contract will be for 9 months. Our estimated budget is 50000 USD to 90000 USD.
Scope of services:

1. We will provide all content for the website including text, graphics (.jpg, .gif, etc.), reports (.pdf, .doc, etc.), PowerPoint presentation (.ppt), etc.
2. Selected provider shall first conduct an assessment of the existing our website, its content and navigation scheme as well as the overall look and feel of the site.
3. Provide a consistent and standardized look, feel and tone for all pages.
4. Allows for advanced search capabilities.
5. Provides for quick download response times for both low and high bandwidth providers that are used by the average citizen including file size optimization of graphics.
6. Selected provider shall test web pages on both PC and Macintosh platforms, using a variety of popular operating systems (OS X for Macintosh and Windows NT, XP, Vista for PCs) on a variety of popular Web browsers and versions, including, but not limited to: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Lynx and mobile phone browsers such as iPhone.
7. Go live date for new website is around November 16, 2009, at the latest.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before April 10, 2009 by 3:00 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit us for meetings and briefings. For more details have a look on attachment.
