Description:

We are Canada based Educational organization looking for qualified and experienced Web Application developer. We need to develop web based information management system that will be replacing the current system.
Scope of service:

1. New system must have the functionality currently provided by the web site.
2. Work needs to be done in PHP as well as Linux.
3. All work is expected to be carried out remotely, with progress reports being made via email and telephone.
4. Contractors are required to supply their own computer equipment.
5. There are 6 beta tests scheduled for this project.
6. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all code committed is of the highest quality, is delivered in a timely fashion.
7. Contract will be for 2 years.
   

This is a Global and Offsite tender. We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to submit their proposals no later than 15th October, 2009 up to 14:00 Hrs by email, courier, post or hand delivery. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
