Description:

We are Germany based organization looking for qualified and experienced service providers for our requirement of Website redesigning with Content Management System.
Scope of Service:
A) Implementation of a web content management system (or your alternative system), including delivery of all current services (either in the same manner or in a new manner with similar functionality).
B) Migration of the existing web site content to the web content management system.
C) Establishment of a wiki & blog system (integrated into or apart from the web content management system).
D) Personal training for at least one person (probably the Executive Director) on operating the new web content management system.
E) Ongoing hosting of the web site (please specify whether domain name registration is included).
F) Ongoing maintenance of the system and liaising with support matters (including addressing future needs).
G) Support for a limited number of e-mail addresses, either via hosting or redirection.
H) Support for bulk e-mailing to members by selected our officers.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before November 1, 2009 via E-mail Only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings.
