We are Canada based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement Website Re-Design and Development. Service provider needs to develop a website to promote our city i.e. promote business, encourage tourism, promote e-Government tools etc. This is Global and Offsite tender.
Website should contain following functions:

1. Communications tools (web forums, emergency information, etc.)
2. Search functions.
3. Site must have ability to change website navigation pages.
4. Site must be compatibility with multiple web browsers.
5. Site must have a photo gallery.
6. Provide citizen services (calendar, directory, FAQs, facility information, etc.)
7. Provide Customer support- helpline.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Any questions about the contents of the RFP must be directed before 11th September, 2009.This is is global and offsite wok. Payment terms are negotiable interested service providers are requested to submit RFP no later than 30th September, 2009 via post, currier or hand delivery only.
