We are USA based organization. We are seeking the services of an experienced website design provider to re-design our existing website. This project will utilize existing information and implement new information, products and features as suggested by us.
Scope of services:

1. Cost effectively re create and greatly enhance the website to serve as a marketing asset that is attractive, useful, interactive and resourceful.
   
2. Create a consistent and standardized format with enhanced graphical look; thereby keeping a unified theme throughout the website. The site must have an attractive mix of text, photos, web calendars, videos and graphics, with easy access for our staff to customize and update as needed.
   
3. Allow for interactivity. Include e-mail responses, surveys, visitor information request forms, event submission forms, calendars, and video streaming. Website must have links or embedded plug-ins such as Java Script and Adobe Reader for opening and viewing of online documents.
   
4. Graphic files should be relative to site.
   
5. Search engine friendly with keywords that can easily be updated by our staff.
   
6. Ability to access statistical information such as unique visitors, page views, and other web statistics as needed.
   
7. Member Directory should be easily searchable and clearly presented, by contact name, keyword, alphabetical or by specific category.
   
8. Provider to provide hosting options, including user email(s), capabilities & costs.

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before June 12, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite.
