We are UK based Company looking for Professional Web Designer for our Requirement of Website Development. We want to create very simple website with approximate 5-6 pages with following features:

• We want a system where people can register an account and will credit their account via PayPal or credit card.
• These credits will be used when they send emails to companies, (eg. 30p per email).
• There should be data in each persons account so they can see how many emails have been sent.
• Logos and all info will be supplied with the winning bidder just getting the thing working.
• We will provide further detailed information to the selected service provider.
