We are Australia based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of CMS based Web site Development. Service provider needs to redesign our current website with features like CMS, Blog, Wiki, Forum and other features.
Website Features:

1. Ability to detect browser type and plug-ins and redirect to alternative template if required (e.g. if flash is not installed on end user's computer). Ability to support alternative browsers.
2. Ability to access website on different types of devices, eg, pda, phone, Ability to create electronic forms
3. Adjustable font sizes, Skip to content button, Mandatory fields for non-text elements, Multi-lingual support.
4. Ability to publish vodcasts and podcasts, Blog and Wiki functionality.
5. Feedback mechanisms for site users, generating notification to web master.
6. Ability to compile info from site data to create and distribute e-Newsletters.
7. Ability for users to subscribe and unsubscribe to e-newsletters.
8. Ability to display instant information updates, either from data sources within council, or from external data providers. Eg, tides, beach closure days, UV rays, fire days, road works, broken mains, weather, storm alerts. Note: interested in Twitter feeds to meet this need.
