We are India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service providers (from India Only) for our requirement of Developing E-Procurement (Tender) Website. Total work contract is for Five Years.
Scope of services:

1. Website should be able to display tender notice and tender document with corrigendum, clarification etc.
2. Downloading of tender form.
3. Online bidding facility.
4. Pre-qualified bidders can be displayed on Website selected by us.
5. Online order to the firm.
6. Rank of the pre-qualified bidders. Rank will be given by us.
7. The firm has to also submit a copy of original source code of website in CD along with user manual.
8. This contract is for 5 years. Service provider needs to provide maintenance of website for next 5 years.
9. Website must be available 24 X 7 X 365.
   

Interested providers are requested to submit their proposal on or before 7th July, 2009 by 13:30 hrs via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore. EMD (Refundable) is required of 10000 INR Only. For more details have a look on attachment.
