We are Ireland based institute. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Web Development Services. We are looking to develop a new logo for us and redesign our website. There are currently over 500 web pages on the Institute website and one of the greatest challenges is maintaining up to date content along with a sense of consistency, corporate identity and unified branding. It is anticipated that the initial phase of the website redevelopment will be completed in twelve weeks from the contract commencement date.
Scope of services:

1. Development of branding for us by providing a strong visual identity for the Institute, presenting a contemporary and fresh look and feel.
2. Clear and intuitive navigation that allows the user to move easily around the site. The web site should have a user friendly structure as content will be updated regularly; the web architecture should bring users to new or changed content.
3. Provide monitoring and reporting tools for our web site data. Including end user utilization statistics.
4. The web site should ensure cross browser compliance in all of the relevant browsers, including Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla etc.
5. Provision should be made for the migration of existing website data.
6. The Web site should allow for the integration of third party applications (data feeds, content management systems, for example the content generated should allow for frequent news feeds, events, publicity and calendars).
7. A CMS (Content Management System) should manage the content and appearance of website and control the organizations web updates and alterations.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before Monday April 20th 2009 at 12.00 noon via post, courier or hand delivered only.
