We are USA based organization. We are looking for experienced and qualified service provider for our requirement of Website Designing. Our estimated budget is 15000 USD for this services. We are looking to redesign the existing website so that it is visually attractive, interesting, and easy for the public to use. The site will, at a minimum, contain useful, relevant, and current information; allow for convenient and efficient online business transactions; provide links to other websites and information on community events. We operate in a predominantly Microsoft environment. The current website is hosted internally, with links to external sites for some services such as online theatre ticketing, and online permitting.
Scope of services:

1. The website must be built using the Ektron CMS for which we own a license.
2. The site needs to use Visual C# .NET.
3. The basic structure of the site needs to follow the current site map. Provided in attachment.
4. The site needs to be developed with a sophisticated look that is intuitive for all users and is easily navigated.
5. Design and develop templates consistent with our logo and mission statement, and in a manner that appeals to the largest audience.
6. Work with our staff to obtain overall look and feel for final website design.
7. Provide original design artwork and documentation (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
   

We will provide:

1. Basic criteria and guidance on website design.
2. Basic site structure.
3. All content including text and photos.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before Thursday February 19, 2009 at 4:00 p.m via post, courier or hand delivered only.
