We are UK based organization providing digital television service in UK. We were formed at Government request by the public service. We are looking for experienced and highly qualified service provider for our requirement for Web site design services. The main core of website is online marketing. Our estimated budget is 300000 GBP to 800000 GBP for these services. The contract duration is of 40 months.

Scope of work:

1. Provide Web strategy and forward planning.
2. Provide Website development and production.
3. Website must be a creative for online marketing.
4. Provider will liaison with our partner agencies for development of website.
5. Provider must have the specialists such as IA’s, producers, animators and SEO specialists.
   

Payment will be done as per agreed milestones. Interested service providers are requested to send their expression of interest to get the tender document on or before January 23rd, 2009 by 17:00 via fax, courier and Email only.
